1. About Dat Done
Dat Done provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services for small businesses and personal websites.
2. Services and pricing
Service descriptions and prices are shown on the Dat Done website. Simple small-business or personal websites are $10 per month, with no setup fees or hidden fees. Prices may vary if you request specialized features. We will discuss your request with you and communicate any applicable price change before proceeding.
One domain name ending in .com, .org, or .net is included at no additional charge for as long as you remain a Dat Done customer. Domain registration is subject to availability and the applicable registrar’s requirements.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and have permission to use all text, images, logos, files, domains, and other materials you submit. You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing content.
Dat Done is a Christian-owned business. Our services are intended for websites not inconsistent with Christian values. We do not create or support websites containing obscene or pornographic material, or content that conflicts with Christian teachings. We reserve the right to decline a project or end work if it includes such material.
4. Website content and approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving your website content. You remain responsible for claims, licenses, disclosures, and legal requirements that apply to your business or website.
5. Payment and cancellation
Payment is required according to the applicable service plan. You may request cancellation by email or through your customer account. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Updates and delivery
Update allowances, fees, and estimated delivery times are described on the website or in your service agreement. Estimates are not guarantees when delays result from missing information, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Third-party services
Domains, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, email providers, and other third-party services may have their own terms and outages. Domain registration is subject to availability and registrar requirements. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dat Done is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected services during the previous three months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
